Centered on the theme Gather Momentum · Break Through — Root Down Deep, Grow Up High, MORO(Ningbo) International Logistics Co., Ltd. held its 2026 all-staff team-building activity.
The event kicked off with the Annual Business Target Signing Ceremony. At the elaborately decorated venue, all employees signed annual target commitment letters to align the company’s annual development roadmap and build consensus for tackling upcoming challenges. Following the ceremony came featured outdoor activities led by professional instructors, including immersive team drama workshops, practical women’s self-defense training and standardized shooting practice. Through collaborative fun, staff bridged departmental gaps and strengthened team cohesion.
As dusk fell, the group moved to the exclusive barbecue area for a lavish buffet feast featuring whole roasted lamb, assorted grilled skewers, fresh fruits, handmade desserts and farmhouse soups & staple foods. When night descended, the bonfire party got underway. Surrounded by fireworks and festive decorations, team members chatted freely around the bonfire under the starry sky to deepen mutual bonds. This team-building gathering united the whole workforce to pool strength and forge ahead for breakthroughs.
